摘 要:针对传统激光成像系统激光功率较低且成像速度较慢的问题,设计出一种基于融合光散射信息的三维激光成像系统。实时测量融合光散射信息,获得十分稳定且高强度的散射光。建立接收光学系统,根据电光晶体偏振调制的原理调节回波信号强度,得到测距面与三维成像激光距离的标准差。利用方波调制法使激光源发射均匀的脉冲序列。通过获取到环境光的曝光图像,合理控制三维激光强度,使曝光图像灰度动态大范围分布,最后获得高精度的三维激光成像。以坭兴陶的三维激光成像实验为例,结果表明:该系统激光功率较高,成像误差小,具有过程简单、可靠性高等优点。Aiming at the problems of low laser power and slow imaging speed in traditional laser imaging system,a 3D laser imaging system based on fusion of light scattering information is designed. Real time measurement and fusion of light scattering information can obtain very stable and high intensity scattered light. According to the principle of electro-optic crystal polarization modulation,the intensity of echo signal is adjusted,and the standard deviation of the distance between the ranging surface and the three-dimensional imaging laser is obtained. The square wave modulation method is used to make the laser source emit uniform pulse sequence. By obtaining the exposure image of ambient light,the 3D laser intensity is reasonably controlled to make the gray level of the exposure image dynamically distributed in a large range. Finally,high-precision 3D laser imaging is obtained. Taking nixing pottery as an example,the results show that the system has the advantages of high laser power,small imaging error,simple process and high reliability.
