摘  要:为了对装配式建筑构件的沉降位移等变形状况进行准确判断,以提高建筑施工质量,提出一种基于BIM技术和激光扫描的装配式建筑构件定位方法。利用相位差测距原理对装配式建筑进行激光扫描,实现点云数据收集,采用BIM技术组建三维模型对建筑数据参数进行准确分析;构建构件定位系统,运用模态转换获取建筑构件位移变形数据,并使用卡尔曼滤波剔除数据噪声,完成装配式建筑构件变形的精准监测,实现构件定位。仿真实验结果表明,应用本方法定位装配式建筑构件的残差波动均控制在±0.15 mm以内,对装配式建筑构件定位耗时为2 s,大幅提升了装配式建筑构件的定位精度及效率,对施工质量的评估及修复具备一定的参考价值。In order to accurately judge the settlement and displacement of prefabricated building components and improve the construction quality,a positioning method of prefabricated building components based on BIM Technology and laser scanning is proposed. Using the principle of phase difference distance measurement to carry out laser scanning of prefabricated building,realize the point cloud data collection,use BIM Technology to build a three-dimensional model to accurately analyze the building data parameters;build a component positioning system,use modal transformation to obtain the displacement and deformation data of building components,and use Kalman filter to eliminate data noise to complete the accurate monitoring of prefabricated building component deformation Component positioning. The simulation experiment results show that the residual fluctuations of the prefabricated building components are controlled within ±0. 15 mm using the method in this paper,and the positioning of the prefabricated building components takes 2 s,which greatly improves the positioning accuracy and efficiency of the prefabricated building components. The evaluation and restoration of construction quality have certain reference value.
