我国高校教师专业发展现状的调查研究——基于东北三省高校教师的实证分析

摘　　要：通过实证研究的方法,以东北三省高校教师为样本,探究我国高校教师专业发展状况。研究发现:在专业发展需要与意识上,教师发展需要较为强烈,发展意识较弱;在专业发展动机上,存在明显的功利性;在专业发展内容上,发展不均衡,缺乏对社会服务和师德的涉及;在专业发展途径上,使用效果不理想,过于拘泥固有途径。基于上述研究,提出相应建议。This study has conducted surveys among teachers in universities and colleges in three northeast provinces in order to explore the actual situation by the way of an empirical study.Through the investigation analysis,it is found that university teachers′need of professional development is stronger,the consciousness of professional development is low;the motivation of professional development has obvious utility nature;the contents of professional development are imbalance,which very little involves to social service and teachers’moral;the approaches of professional development are not ideal for applications due to the limitation of traditional ways.Based on it,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
