摘 要:为建立木质成型颗粒环境影响评价体系,采用生命周期清单分析及模糊层次分析法,获得温室气体、土壤质量、其他排放气体、水体质量和生物多样性5类共17个综合指标。同时,以河南洛宁林场刺槐人工林为对象,对其成型颗粒产业进行环境影响评价。通过评价体系可知,温室气体(0.33)权重最大,土壤质量(0.26)、其他排放气体(0.25)对环境的影响程度远大于水体质量(0.10)和生物多样性(0.08)。刺槐成型颗粒燃料产业环境可持续性评价得分为0.44,表明其能发挥一定的减排作用,但可持续程度不高。其中,土壤碳饱和赤字、土壤全氮、土壤总有机碳正向指标得分均小于零,这与当地刺槐人工林经营不施肥有关。研究结果表明,该体系可为木质成型颗粒产业进行环境影响评价提供科学依据。Based on life cycle inventory analysis and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this paper establishs an environmental impact assessment system for wood fuels,which includes 17 comprehensive indicators in five dimensions i.e.greenhouse gas,soil quality,other emissions,water quality,and biodiversity.Among all the dimensions,greenhouse gas(0.33)presents the highest weight,followed by soil quality(0.26)and other emission gases(0.25),while water quality(0.10)and biodiversity(0.08)weigh the lowest.The system is used in an example for assessing the environmental sustainability of wood fuels of Robinia pseudoacacia plantation in Luoning County,Henan Province.The results are as follows:(1)The final score of wood fuels made from Robinia pseudoacacia in Luoning County is 0.44,which indicates that wood fuels industry in this area will play a significant role in reducing emissions,but seems reluctant to reach high sustainability.(2)The scores of positive indicators are all less than 0,including soil carbon saturation deficit,total soil nitrogen,and soil total organic carbon,which may attribute to the management scheme of local Robinia pseudoacacia plantation with non-fertilization.The system can provide a scientific reference for the environmental assessments of the wood fuels industry.
