摘 要:主要研究微藻对生物氢气的净化作用,生物氢气为秸秆类生物质光合生物制氢所得,利用驯化的微藻净化光合生物制氢中的生物氢气。以H2浓度、CO_(2)浓度、微藻生物量为指标,探究初始pH值以及通气速率对提纯生物氢气的影响,优化微藻净化光合生物制氢中的生物氢气工艺,实现H2的高效提纯与净化。结果表明:一定范围内pH值对微藻净化生物氢气无显著影响。通入生物氢气的速率对微藻的生长以及生物氢气的净化有显著影响。当空气循环泵的转速为1000 r/min时,微藻的生长状况最好,对生物氢气的净化效果最好,最大生物量可达3.68 g/L。In this article,the purification of bio-hydrogen by microalgae was mainly studied.Bio-hydrogen was obtained from photosynthetic bio-hydrogen production of straw biomass.Domesticated microalgae was used to purify bio-hydrogen in photosynthetic biohydrogen production.Taking hydrogen concentration,carbon dioxide concentration and microalgae biomass as indicators,the effects of initial pH and aeration rate on the deposition of bio-hydrogen were explored,and the bio-hydrogen purification process in photosynthetic bio-hydrogen production by microalgae was optimized to achieve efficient purification and purification of hydrogen.The results showed that the pH value in a certain range had no significant effect on the purification of bio-hydrogen by microalgae.The rate of introducing bio-hydrogen has a significant impact on the growth of microalgae and the purification of bio-hydrogen.When the rotation speed of the air circulation pump is 1000 r/min,the growth of microalgae was the best,and the purification effect on bio-hydrogen was the best,with the maximum biomass reaching 3.68 g/L.
