摘 要:对暴露在模拟质子交换膜(PEM)燃料电池环境下的质子交换膜(Nafion212膜)的化学损伤进行研究。采用质量损失法研究Nafion212膜在模拟PEM燃料电池环境下的质量损失情况。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究Nafion212膜表面的微观形貌变化。采用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术对老化试样表面的化学变化进行研究。实验结果表明,Nafion212膜在加速持久性实验(ADT)溶液中质量明显降低,在常规(RS)溶液中质量变化不明显。SEM实验结果表明,在ADT溶液中,随着老化时间的增加,试样表面出现孔洞并逐渐加深。ATR-FTIR实验结果表明,在模拟燃料电池环境下,试样表面的分子结构随老化时间的增加发生明显变化,试样表面的化学损伤加剧,材料损伤主要表现在侧链和主链的断裂。In this paper,the chemical damage of a proton exchange membrane(Nafion212 membrane)in simulated proton exchange membrane(PEM)fuel cell environments are studied.The mass loss of the Nafion212 membrane in the simulated PEM fuel cell environments was studied experimentally.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to investigate the morphology of Nafion212 membrane surface.The chemical changes of the sample surface were studied by Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR).The test results show that the mass of the Nafion212 membrane in the accelerated durability test(ADT)solution significantly lost,while the mass change in the regular solution(RS)was not obvious.The SEM results show that the holes on the surface of the sample appeared in the ADT solution with the aging time,and gradually deepen.The ATR-FTIR test results show that the molecular structure of the sample surface changed significantly in the simulated fuel cell environment with the aging time,resulting in the chemical damage of the proton exchange membrane.The damage of the membrane is mainly due to the fracture of the main chain and the side chain.
