摘 要:芬兰的创新能力在全球一直位居前列。在三螺旋模型的理论框架下,芬兰的国家创新系统包含三个主体,政府、产业和大学,这三者互相渗透,协调发展。我国政府在十八大确定了创新驱动的发展战略,使创新能力有了明显提升,但仍存在不足。因此,本文以三螺旋模型为理论分析框架,对芬兰创新系统中的创新主体及其协同创新的模式进行研究,从而为我国创新经济的发展提供启示和借鉴。Finland’s innovation capability has always been in the forefront of the world. Based on the theoretical framework of the triple helix model, Finland’s national innovation system consists of three main bodies: government, industry and university. These three factors permeate each other and develop harmoniously.In the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the government has determined the innovation driven development strategy, and the innovation ability has been significantly improved, but there are still some deficiencies. Therefore, taking the triple helix model as the theoretical analysis framework, the research on Finland’s innovation subject and its collaborative innovation mode can give enlightenment and reference to the development of innovation economy in China.
