黑龙江省人口老龄化问题分析与对策研究

摘　　要：截至2019年,黑龙江省60周岁以上老年人口总量已经达到748.4万,约占全省总人口的19.8%。根据联合国所公布的人口老龄化社会的衡量标准,黑龙江省目前已步入深度人口老龄化。据黑龙江省统计局报告显示,黑龙江省人口老龄化进程目前仍处于加速上升阶段,人口老龄化的问题将成为制约黑龙江省今后经济发展的一个重要因素。本文在分析黑龙江省人口老龄化现状、特征及对经济社会影响的基础上,提出应对人口老龄化问题的策略,以此构建具有中国特色和黑龙江特色的后疫情时代的康养之路。By 2019,the total population of the elderly over 60 years of age in Heilongjiang Province had reached 7.484 million,accounting for about 19.8 percent of the total population of the province.According to the United Nations measure of the aging society,Heilongjiang Province has formally entered a deep aging society.Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of Statistics report shows that the process of population aging in Heilongjiang Province is still in the accelerated rising stage,and the problem of population aging will become an important factor affecting the future economic development of Heilongjiang Province.Based on the analysis of the current situation,characteristics and economic and social impact of population aging in Heilongjiang Province,this paper puts forward strategies to deal with the problem of population aging,and constructs the road of health care in the post-epidemic era with Chinese characteristics and Heilongjiang characteristics.
