摘　　要：核潜艇是有核国家三位一体核力量中最有效的二次核打击手段,是濒海国家海军实力的重要标志,是维护国家安全的重要战略力量。20世纪50年代后期,党中央审时度势,果断作出研制核潜艇的战略决策;科技工作者脚踏实地,科学规划核潜艇的发展路径。在党中央的正确领导下,经过各方协作、艰苦攻关,中国第一艘核潜艇顺利诞生。在研制核潜艇这一大国重器的过程中凝聚而成的“核潜艇精神”值得后世传承和弘扬。The nuclear submarine is the most effective means of second nuclear strike in the trinity nuclear power of nuclear countries.It is the main symbol of naval strength of coastal countries and an important strategic force to maintain national security.In the late 1950s,the Party Central Committee judged the situation and decisively made a strategic decision to develop nuclear submarines that scientific and technological workers should be down-to-earth and scientifically plan the development path of nuclear submarines.Under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee and through the cooperation of all parties tackling key problems persistently,China's first nuclear submarine was successfully born.The"nuclear submarine spirit"formed in the difficult process of developing nuclear submarines is worthy of permanent inheritance and promotion of the Chinese nation.
