安倍政府时期日本媒体右转的原因、实现路径及其影响

摘　　要：21世纪以来,日本国内外的政治环境发生了巨大变化,国内革新派的式微与周边大国的崛起促使日本政府开始思考如何在新的历史条件下凝聚政治认同。安倍政府采取了强化记者俱乐部的垄断地位、改革媒体人事管理制度、打压左翼媒体、严格新闻立法等一系列措施,成功弥合了政府议程与媒体议程之间的沟壑。虽然安倍政府建构的政治传播体系在维护自民党统治上取得了巨大成功,但同时也给日本的媒介生态带来了诸多负面影响。传播格局的整体右倾化导致日本媒体公信力不断下降、媒体言论同质化进一步加剧,加速了日本政治现实右转。In the 21st century,Japan′s internal and external political environments have gone through huge changes.The decline of domestic innovators and the rise of its neighbouring countries as global geopolitical powers propel the Japanese government to think about how to build political consensus under the new historical circumstances.The Abe government took a series measures such as encouraging the monopoly of kisha clubs,reforming human resource management in media groups,suppressing left-leaning media and enacting laws to tighten media censorship to successfully reconcile differences between media agenda-setting and government agenda-setting.Though the political communication systems created by the Abe government successfully maintain the predominance of the Liberal Democratic Party,it also brings about negative effects on Japan′s media ecology.Communication pattern′s general shift to the political right erodes credibility of Japanese media and increases homogeneity of their agenda,accelerating the rise of political conservatism in Japan.
