摘 要:目的:了解帕金森病(Parkinson′s disease,PD)病人营养状况,探讨帕金森病病人营养状况与其非运动症状的相关性。方法:采用描述性研究中的横断面研究,使用简易营养评价表(Mini Nutrition Assessment,MNA)调查帕金森病病人营养状况,采用简易精神状态检查(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)对病人智能状况、情绪状态、睡眠质量进行评价。结果:帕金森病病人营养不良发生率为8.6%,其中15.5%处于营养不良风险状态。高龄、情绪障碍尤其是抑郁情绪、睡眠障碍为帕金森病病人营养不良危险因素。结论:帕金森病病人营养状况差,临床上有必要对帕金森病病人开展常规营养状况评估,高龄帕金森病病人需重点关注,对于病人营养不良状况干预除常规的饮食干预及营养补充外,需尝试通过改善病人情绪状态及睡眠质量等进一步改善其营养状况。Objective:To investigate the nutritional status of patients with Parkinson′s disease,and to explore the risk factors related to nutritional status of patients with Parkinson′s disease.Methods:Using cross-sectional studies in descriptive research,the nutritional status of patients with Parkinson′s disease was investigated by Mini Nutrition Assessment(MNA).The patient′s intelligence,emotional state,and sleep quality were evaluated by Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results:The incidence of PD malnutrition was 8.6%,of which 15.5%were at risk of malnutrition.Old age,mood disorders,especially depression,and sleep disorders are risk factors for malnutrition in Parkinson′s disease patients.Conclusions:Patients with Parkinson′s disease are at risk of malnutrition.It is necessary to carry out routine nutritional status assessment for patients with Parkinson′s disease.Older patients with Parkinson′s disease need more attention.In addition to conventional dietary interventions and nutritional supplements,interventions for malnutrition in patients need to be tried to improve patients′emotional state and sleep quality.
