摘  要:从光路结构、防生物附着措施、电控软件架构和传感器整体结构等方面详细介绍了基于紫外吸收光谱法的海水硝酸盐传感器的设计。相比传统化学方法,光谱法测量海水硝酸盐,无需添加化学试剂,测量简便、快速,适用于在线监测。传感器分别在厦门、蓬莱等海域与国标法进行了比对试验。结果表明:对108个不同海域海水样品的测量,传感器与国标法测量趋势一致,相关性达到0.99以上。目前,传感器布放于渤海海底进行长期在线监测,仪器运行良好,获得了大量海底硝酸盐监测数据。The design of nitrate sensor based on ultraviolet absorption spectrometry was introduced from perspectives of opti⁃cal structure,anti⁃biofouling measures,electronic control software architecture and overall structure of sensor.Compared with the traditional chemical methods,nitrate in seawater was measured by spectrometric method,no chemical regents were added.The test is simple,convenient and fast,suitable for online monitoring.The sensor was tested in Xiamen and Penglai and other sea areas with national standard method.The results show that for 108 samples from different sea areas,the sensor is consistent with the measurement trend of national standard method,and the correlation is more than 0.99.The nitrate sensor has now been deployed in Bohai sea floor for long⁃term on⁃line monitoring,running stably and acquiring large quantities of nitrate data.
