摘  要:为提高现场多点冲击电流测试效率,设计一种便携式冲击电流测量装置。根据典型冲击电流波形的频谱分析,设计带磁芯的罗氏线圈冲击电流传感器,灵敏度为3 mV/A,采用FPGA作为数字逻辑处理单元,选用采样率高达65 MSPS的12位A/D转换器,利用两级FIFO实现全波实时测量及本地存储,现场显示电流幅值与上升时间。测量装置体积小,质量轻,便于携带。经过8/20μs典型冲击电流测试,测量精度达到±3%,测量幅值范围为0.5~5 kA。In order to improve the efficiency of field multi⁃point impulse current test,a portable impulse current measuring device was designed.According to the spectrum analysis of the typical impulse current waveform,the sensor based on Rogowski coil with magnetic core was designed,whose sensitivity was 3 mV/A.FPGA was used as the digital logic processing unit,and the 12-bit A/D converter with the sampling rate up to 65 MSPS was selected.Two⁃stage FIFO realized full⁃wave real⁃time measure⁃ment and local storage,and displayed the current amplitude and rise time on site.The measuring device is small,light and easy to carry.After the test of 8/20μs typical impulse current,the measurement accuracy of the device reaches±3%,and the measure⁃ment amplitude range is 0.5~5 kA.
