摘  要:为提高油田产量和采收率,针对永置式智能井监测系统,设计了基于单芯电缆的多层半双工通信电路,采用自适应解码算法,根据信号传输误码率实时调整传输系统的增益和滤波系数,实现自适应高效数据传输。设计了分层注采系统下行命令和上行数据双向通信的建立协议和长时间自动调整算法。通过实际电缆实验对该系统进行了验证,实验结果表明,该系统可以快速建立稳定的井地间数据通信,并根据传输数据的误码率自适应性调节,有效提高了永置式智能井分层采油系统数据交互的效率和稳定性。In order to improve oilfield production and recovery efficiency, for the permanent intelligent well monitoring system, a multi-layer half-duplex communication circuit based on a single-core cable was designed.The adaptive decoding algorithm was adopted to adjust the transmission system’s gain and filter coefficient in real time according to the signal transmission error rate to realize adaptive and efficient data transmission.The establishment protocol and long-term automatic adjustment algorithm for the two-way communication between the downlink command and the uplink data of the hierarchical injection and production system were designed.The system was verified by actual cable experiments.The experimental results show that the system can quickly establish stable data communication between wells and ground, and adjust adaptively according to the bit error rate of the transmitted data, effectively improving the efficiency and stability of data interaction in the layered production system of permanent intelligent well.
