摘  要:针对铁路隧道缺陷与病害整治方案存在工期长、风险高、效果不佳等问题,提出具有承载力高、变形适应能力强、环境友好等特征的波纹板套衬技术。首先,对整体结构及部件、结构防腐、过渡措施及接地设计进行了论述;其次,创新性地提出了波纹板套衬结构内力验算方法,给出了截面承载力极限状态类型,从结构稳定性角度出发提出了结构失稳模态与稳定验算内容;再次,基于前期对隧道空气动力学的研究,阐明了波纹板套衬结构对高速动车组空气动力学效应的影响;最后,结合多年现场施工经验阐述了波纹板套衬施工工艺、质量验收、养护维修等内容,并对波纹板套衬与混凝土套衬性能进行了对比。Aiming at the problems of long construction period,high risk and poor effect in the defect and dieases treatment scheme of railway tunnel,the corrugated plate lining technology with the characteristics of high bearing capacity,strong deformation adaptability and friendly environment was proposed.Firstly,the overall structure and components,structural anti-corrosion,transition measures and grounding design were discussed.Secondly,the internal force checking method of corrugated plate lining structure was innovatively proposed,and the limit state type of section bearing capacity was given.At the same time,from the point of view of structural stability,the content of structural instability mode and stability checking calculation was put forward.Thirdly,based on the previous research on tunnel aerodynamics,the influence of corrugated plate lining structure on the aerodynamic effect of high speed EMU was clarified.Finally,combined with many years of field construction experience,this paper expounded the construction technology,quality acceptance and maintenance of corrugated plate lining,and compared the performance of corrugated plate lining with concrete lining.
