摘 要:基于卡式定理,结合波形钢腹板的手风琴效应和组合梁截面刚度协调的特性,提出了考虑腹板弯折角的波形钢腹板钢-混组合简支箱梁体外预应力施加效率的计算方法。采用该方法计算了体外预应力施加效率,并分析了腹板弯折角对体外预应力施加效率的影响。考虑组合梁剪切变形的影响,运用能量法推导了集中荷载作用下波形钢腹板钢-混组合箱梁体外预应力增量的计算公式,通过有限元软件验证其正确性。结果表明:随着弯折角增大,压缩系数增大,底板压应力增大,顶板拉应力减小,说明体外预应力施加效率提高,手风琴效应显著。Based on the Castigliano’s theorem,combined with the accordion effect of corrugated steel webs and the characteristics of section stiffness coordination of composite girder,a calculation method of external prestressing application efficiency of corrugated steel web steel-concrete composite simply supported box girder considering web bending angle was proposed.The application efficiency of external prestressing was calculated by using this method,and the influence of web bending angle on the application efficiency of external prestressing was analyzed.Considering the influence of shear deformation of composite girder,the calculation formula of external prestressing increment of corrugated steel web steel-concrete composite box girder under concentrated load was deduced by using energy theory,and its correctness was verified by finite element software.The results show that with the increase of bending angle,the compression coefficient increases,the compressive stress of bottom plate also increases,and the tensile stress of top plate decreases,that is,the efficiency of external prestressing is improved,and the accordion effect is significant.
