摘 要:为实现对钢桥结构的长效防护,在现有铁路钢桥第7套防腐涂装体系的底漆和面漆中掺入石墨烯进行改性形成新型超长耐久防腐涂装体系,通过试验研究了环氧烯锌底漆、石墨烯氟碳面漆的耐久性能,并制定了环氧烯锌底漆、石墨烯氟碳面漆涂料的进场检验项目、技术要求及施工工艺。研究结果表明:环氧烯锌底漆的疏水性能、耐湿热性能优异,耐盐雾时间为环氧富锌底漆的4.5倍以上,石墨烯氟碳面漆耐人工加速老化时间为铁路标准中氟碳面漆的2.2倍以上,其他各项性能指标也满足标准要求;该体系设计防护年限达30~50年,可有效减少钢桥服役期间涂装大修次数;与采用第7套防腐涂装体系相比,采用该体系钢桥全寿命周期防腐涂装成本可节约7%以上。In order to realize the long-term protection of the steel bridge structure,the graphene was added into the primer and finish of the 7th set of anti-corrosion coating system of existing railway steel bridge to form a new ultra long durable anti-corrosion coating system.The durability of epoxy graphene zinc primer and graphene fluorocarbon finish was studied through experiments,and the mobilization inspection items,technical requirements and construction technology of epoxy graphene zinc primer and graphene fluorocarbon finish were formulated.The research shows that the epoxy graphene zinc primer has excellent hydrophobicity and hydrothermal properties,and the salt spray resistance time is over 4.5 times than that of the epoxy zinc rich primer.The artificial accelerated aging resistance time of graphene fluorocarbon finish is over 2.2 times than that of fluorocarbon finish of the railway standard,and the other performance indexes also meet the standard requirements.The designed protection life of fluorocarbon finish the new anti-corrosion coating system is 30~50 years,which can effectively reduce the times of coating overhaul during the service period of steel bridge.Compared with the 7th set of anti-corrosion coating system,the cost of anti-corrosion coating system can save more than 7% by using the new anti-corrosion coating system in the whole life cycle of steel bridge.
