摘 要:以北京地铁3号线朝阳公园站—石佛营站区间盾构施工为工程背景,应用BIM技术对暗挖横通道内盾构主机平移进行模拟。基于BIM技术选择盾构主机平移参数进行虚拟试验,从150种方案中选择可行的平移方案,确定盾构主机经由横通道转向进入区间隧道正线的合理路径。通过优化空间布置、合理规划确保了盾构平移安全。最终选用的平移方案中,盾构主机形心与横通道轴线的间距为200 mm,与始发段隧道轴线的间距为200 mm,盾构主机在转弯处的转弯半径为8 m。该方案在保证盾构平移安全的情况下提高了效率。Taking the shield construction between Chaoyang Park station-Shifoying station of Beijing Metro Line 3 as the engineering background,BIM technology was applied to simulate the translation of shield machine in the underground excavation transverse passage.Based on BIM technology,the translation parameters of shield machine were selected for virtual test,and the feasible translation scheme was selected from 150 schemes to determine the reasonable path for the shield machine to turn into the main line of the interval tunnel through the transverse passage.The safety of shield translation was ensured by optimizing spatial layout and reasonable planning.In the final translation scheme,the distance between the centroid of shield machine and the axis of transverse passage is 200 mm,the distance between the centroid of shield machine and the axis of tunnel departure section is 200 mm,and the turning radius of the shield machine at the turning point is 8 m.The scheme improves the efficiency under the condition of ensuring the translation safety of shield.
