摘  要:为了优化预制混凝土管片的养护工艺,提升混凝土的保湿养护质量,提出了采用新型养护材料高效保湿养护毯对混凝土预制结构进行养护的方法,并试验研究该养护工艺的保湿效果及对混凝土收缩性能、抗压强度、耐久性能的影响。结果表明:高效保湿养护毯材料具有很好的储水、保湿性能,可以在一次性饱水覆盖后使混凝土管片在14 d养护期内的养护湿度始终大于90%;与覆盖+洒水养护相比,采用养护毯养护的混凝土28 d收缩率降低了46%;与水池养护+露天养护相比,采用养护毯养护的混凝土28 d电通量和28 d氯离子扩散系数分别降低了5.1%和15.9%。高效保湿养护毯材料具有很好的保湿养护效果和经济适用性。In order to optimize the curing technology of precast concrete segments and improve the moisturizing curing quality of concrete,a method of curing precast concrete structures with a new curing material efficient moisturizing curing blanket was proposed,and the moisturizing effect of the curing technology and its influence on the shrinkage,compressive strength and durability of concrete were experimentally studied.The results show that the efficient moisturizing curing blanket material has good water storage and moisturizing performance.After one-time water saturated coverage,the curing humidity of concrete segments in the 14-day curing period is always greater than 90%.Compared with covering+watering curing,the 28-day shrinkage of concrete cured with curing blanket is reduced by 46%.Compared with pool curing and open-air curing,the 28-day electric flux and 28-day chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete cured with curing blanket are reduced by 5.1%and 15.9%respectively.Efficient moisturizing curing blanket material has good moisturizing and curing effect and economic applicability.
