摘  要:国内常用的长模流水机组法具有生产工艺简单、设备投资低、生产线通用性强等优点,但也存在用工量大、自动化程度低、生产环境较差、质量不够稳定等不足。本文总结了国内外预应力混凝土轨枕生产中常用的长线台座法、长模流水机组法、先张短模流水机组法、后张短模流水机组法以及即时脱模的短模流水机组法的工艺流程、技术特点及生产注意事项,并对不同生产工艺的优缺点进行对比分析,研究结果可为混凝土轨枕生产工艺的发展提供参考。The long mold flow machine-stand method commonly used in China has the advantages of simple production process,low equipment investment and strong universality of the production line,but it also has some disadvantages,such as large amount of labor,low degree of automation,poor production environment,unstable quality and so on.This paper summarized in detail the process flow,technical characteristics and production notes of the long-line pedestal method,long mold flow machine-stand method,pre-tensioning short mold flow machine-stand method,post-tensioning short mold flow machine-stand method and real-time demoulding short mold flow machine-stand method commonly used in the production of prestressed concrete sleepers at home and abroad,and compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different production processes.The research results can provide a reference for the development of concrete sleeper production process.
