摘 要:测量荷载作用下车辆运行品质轨边动态监测系统轮轨压力测试传感器表面位移时,传统接触式测量方法量程较小,测量方向单一,难以实现试件全场、多方向位移测量,而常见的非接触全场测量方法无法兼顾测量速度和精度。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种用数字散斑干涉技术测量轮轨压力测试传感器表面离面位移的方法。通过设计模拟试验,利用数字散斑干涉技术获得的全场离面位移来评估轮轨压力测试传感器的受力情况,并提出了测试参数分离方法。结果表明:该方法具有连续、全场、快速、无接触、高效等特点,且具有良好的测量重复性,极限相对误差小于2.5%。When the surface displacement of wheel-rail pressure test sensor of truck performance detection system was measured under load,the traditional contact measurement method has a small measurement range and single measurement direction,so it is difficult to measure the full field and multi-directional displacement of the specimen,while the common non-contact full field measurement methods cannot take into account the measurement speed and accuracy.To solve this problem,a method for measuring the surface off-plane displacement of the wheel-rail pressure test sensor using digital speckle pattern interferometry was proposed in this paper.Through the design of simulation test,the full field off-plane displacement obtained by digital speckle pattern interference was used to evaluate the stress of wheel-rail pressure test sensor,and the separation method of test parameters was proposed.The results show that the method has the characteristics of continuity,full field,fast,non-contact and high efficiency,and has good measurement repeatability,and the limit relative error is less than 2.5%.
