摘  要:针对应用于电解法处理船舶压载水的电源体积大、可靠性低的问题,提出了基于CAN总线和分布式供电的大功率恒流源系统,给出了大功率恒流源系统架构,分析了恒流模式工作原理,对作为系统核心控制部分的监控单元硬件和软件进行设计,实验结果表明该系统输出电流稳定,电流均衡度大于95%。To solve the problems of large volume and low reliability of power supply applied to the treatment of ship ballast water by electrolytic method,a high-power constant current source system based on CAN bus and distributed power supply is provided.The architecture of high-power constant current source system is given,and the operating principle of constant current mode is analyzed.The hardware and software of monitoring unit as the core control part of the system is designed.The experimental results show that the output current of the system is stable and the current balance is greater than 95%.
