摘  要:西红花是一种极具药用与商业价值的草本植物。光在植物生长中具有重要作用,而植物的光合光谱响应曲线可以反映植物光合作用对不同光波长的敏感性,但目前还缺乏对于西红花光合光谱响应曲线的研究。本文以短弧氙灯搭配带通滤光片的方式产生半宽10 nm的单色光,并采用LI-6400XT光合仪测试了西红花叶片在380~760 nm的光合光谱响应曲线。西红花叶片的作用光谱和光谱量子产额曲线均在480 nm和660 nm处出现了峰值,这为西红花补光灯具光谱的峰值波长提供了参考。Saffron is a kind of herb with great medicinal and commercial value.Light plays an important role in plant growth,and the photosynthetic spectral response curves can characterize the dependence of sensitivity of leaf photosynthesis on wavelengths.However,there is a lack of research on the photosynthetic spectral response curves of saffron leaves.In this paper,a short arc xenon lamp together with band-pass filters was used to produce a variety of monochromatic light with full width at half maximum of 10 nm.Then the LI-6400XT CO2/H2O gas analyzer was used to measure the photosynthetic spectral response curves of saffron leaves from 380 to 760 nm.The action spectrum and spectral quantum yield of saffron leaves had peaks at 480 nm and 660 nm,which provides the reference peak wavelengths for supplemental lighting spectrum of saffron.
