摘　　要：目的应用床旁超声评估妊娠期高血压对早产儿脑损伤的影响,探讨妊娠期高血压严重程度与早产儿脑损伤发生率的相关性。方法回顾分析120例妊娠期高血压孕妇分娩的早产儿(其中妊娠期高血压组72例,子痫早期孕妇分娩的早产儿48例)与100例无妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇分娩的早产儿的一般情况及颅脑超声检查结果,比较不同组早产儿脑损伤情况,分析早产儿脑损伤发生率与孕妇妊娠期高血压严重程度的相关性。结果妊娠期高血压组早产儿脑损伤发生率较高,孕妇妊娠期高血压的严重程度与早产儿脑损伤发生率存在相关性,P<0.01。结论孕妇妊娠期高血压的疾病程度越重,早产儿脑损伤的发生率越高,可为妊娠期高血压孕妇分娩的早产儿临床早期诊疗提供一定的依据。Objective To evaluate brain injury in preterm infants born by women with gestational hypertension by bedside ultrasound,and to explore the correlation between the severity of gestational hypertension and the incidence of brain injury of preterm infants.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on the general condition and cranial ultrasound results of 120 preterm infants delivered by pregnant women with hypertension during pregnancy including 48 cases of preterm infants delivered by pregnant women with early eclampsia,and of 100 cases of preterm infants delivered by pregnant women without hypertension during pregnancy.The situation of preterm brain injury was compared in different groups,and the correlation was compared between the incidence of preterm brain injury and the severity of hypertension during pregnancy.Rusults The incidence of brain injury in preterm infants was higher in the hypertensive group during pregnancy,and the severity of hypertension in pregnancy was correlated with the incidence of brain injury in preterm infants,with P<0.01.Conclusion The more severe the disease degree of hypertension in pregnancy,the higher the incidence of brain injury in preterm infants,which can provide a certain basis for the clinical early diagnosis and treatment of preterm infants born with hypertension in pregnancy.
