摘  要:通过对冷轧辊工作层无损检测缺陷进行扫描电镜定性,并追溯同炉次电极锭和电渣锭,对实物进行解剖扫描电镜分析,缺陷初步定性为保护渣硅酸盐类非金属夹渣。通过理论分析和现场管理查找影响质量问题的关键环节,并制定有效措施,使冷轧辊工作层无损检测缺陷得到显著改善。The defects in the working layer of the cold roll have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and traced back to the electrode ingot and electroslag ingot of the same furnace.The defect has been preliminarily identified as silicate non-metallic slag inclusion of protection slag after anatomical scanning electron microscope analysis.Through theoretical analysis and field management,the key links affecting quality problems have been found,and effective measures have been formulated to improve the nondestructive test defects of cold roll working layer significantly.
