摘  要:材质为25Cr2NiMo1V的中低压复合转子,在淬火冷却过程中低压侧轴端法兰及轴颈开裂。对断口进行了低倍、高倍、化学及扫描电镜能谱分析,确定了裂纹性质为淬火裂纹,开裂原因是:锻件成分偏析严重,偏析区内边角尖锐脆性较大的析出物引起应力集中,形成裂纹源,在裂纹源周围淬火马氏体基体塑性较差的因素下,裂纹迅速扩展,导致锻件开裂。The medium and low pressure composite rotor made of 25Cr2NiMo1V cracked on the low pressure side shaft end flange and journal during the quenching and cooling process.The fracture has been analyzed by macroscopic test,microscopic test,chemical test and scanning electron microscopy energy spectrum detection,and it has been determined that the nature of the crack is quenched crack.The cause of the cracking is that serious segregation of components in the forging,sharp and brittle precipitates in the corners of the segregation zone cause stress concentration,which forms the crack source.Under the factor of poor plasticity of the quenched martensite matrix around the crack source,the crack propagates rapidly and causes the forging to crack.
