原子荧光光谱在砷含量测定及其形态分析中的应用

摘　　要：本文对市售5种海鲜干制品中存在的亚砷酸盐、砷酸盐、一甲基砷、二甲基砷进行了分析,同时测定了其总砷量。首先优化了砷的前处理条件,之后采用高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法分析砷形态,4个砷形态的线性范围皆为0~100.0μg/L,相关系数为0.9961~0.9981,检出限为0.76~1.05μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.11%~4.16%(n=6),加标回收率为96.7%~110.9%。最后,分别选用原子荧光光谱法和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对样品进行总砷测定,对比可知原子荧光法操作简便、检出限较低、精密度较高,更适用于本实验中的总砷测定,线性范围为0~100.0μg/L,相关系数为0.9983,检出限为0.45μg/L,加标回收率为87.7%~120.3%。We analyzed the content of four arsenic species(As(Ⅲ),As(V),MMA,DMA)and total arsenic in dried seafood.The pretreatment conditions were optimized.HPLC-HG-AFS was used in arsenic speciation analysis.The linearity of the four standard operating curves was good,the linear ranges were all 0-100.0μg/L,and the correlative coefficients were between 0.9961 and 0.9981.The detection limits of As(Ⅲ),As(V),MMA and DMA were 0.76-1.05μg/L respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were 1.11%-4.16%(n=6).The addition recovery rates were 96.7%-110.9%.The total arsenic content was determined using atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).Comparison of data analysis showed that AFS was simple with low detection limit and high precision,and was more suitable for determination of total arsenic in dried seafood.The linear range of standard operating curve was 0-100.0μg/L.The correlative coefficient was 0.9983,the detection limit was 0.45μg/L.The addition recovery rates of the two samples were 87.7%-120.3%.
