摘 要:目的分析COVID-19疫情对公立医院运营的影响。方法基于23家三级甲等公立医院COVID-19疫情前后的运营数据,分析疫情对医院运营造成的影响,以及医院医疗业务收入和服务量的恢复情况。结果2020年5月医院医疗业务收入为去年同期的89.71%,出院人次为86.52%,门急诊人次为82.01%。在控制春节效应基础上,有关指数短期内较去年同期下降了逾70个百分点。随机效应模型显示,疫情致23家医院收入降低了34.36%,出院人次数减少了43.05%,门急诊人次数减少了49.19%。疫情对专科医院和中医医院的影响大于综合性医院。结论新冠疫情对公立医院运营造成一定影响,疫情后公立医院有关运营指标初步恢复。Objective To analyze the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the operation of public hospitals.Methods Based on the operating data of 23 Grade-A Tertiary public hospitals before and after the COVID-19 epidemic,the impact of the epidemic on the operation of the hospital and the recovery of the hospital's medical business income and service volume were analyzed.Results In May 2020,the hospital's medical business income was 89.71% of the same period last year,the number of discharged patients was 86.52%,and the number of outpatients and emergency services was 82.01%of the same period last year.On the basis of controlling the effect of the Spring Festival,the relevant index dropped by more than 70% compared with the same period last year in the short term.The random effects model shows that the epidemic has reduced the income of 23 hospitals by 34.36%,the number of inpatients by 43.05%,and the number of outpatients and emergency departments visits by 49.19%.The impact of the epidemic on specialist hospitals and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is greater than that of general hospitals.Conclusion The COVID-19 epidemic has had a certain impact on the operation of public hospitals,and the relevant operating indicators of public hospitals have initially recovered after the epidemic.
