摘 要:目的通过报修数据分析,探讨大型影像设备的最佳保养周期。方法利用最小二乘法的参数估计获取设备合适的分布模型,以可靠性为原则计算出设备的最佳保养周期。依据役龄回退因子,推导出最优保养周期。结果研究表明,大型影像设备保养属于不完美保养,基于设备工作可靠性的保养策略,以及基于役龄回退因子的弹性保养策略,可以确保设备的正常高效使用。结论基于可靠性和役龄回退因子的大型影像设备保养策略有利于医院根据设备状态,科学动态地调整保养周期,平衡设备使用与维护成本。Objective To explore the best maintenance period of large-scale imaging equipment through analysis of repair report data.Method The parameter estimation of least square method was used to obtain a suitable distribution model of the equipment,and the optimal maintenance period of the equipment was calculated based on the principle of reliability.Based on the service age regression factor,the optimal maintenance period was derived.Results The study showed that the maintenance of large-scale imaging equipment was imperfect maintenance.The maintenance strategy based on the reliability of the equipment and the flexible maintenance strategy based on the service age regression factor could ensure the normal and efficient use of the equipment.Conclusion The maintenance strategy of large-scale imaging equipment based on reliability and service age regression factor is beneficial to the hospital to adjust the maintenance cycle scientifically and dynamically according to the equipment status,and to balance equipment use and maintenance costs.
