摘　　要：目的构建成分献血人工智能辅助决策系统,为成分献血者和工作人员提供更便捷、更智能化的服务。方法基于云平台技术研发成分献血自助式在线健康评估平台、人脸身份识别系统、业务流程智能引导系统、移动PDA系统、网络端支付宝预约平台。结果2019年8月-2020年12月通过自助式在线健康评估平台登记的献血者达98.6%。2019年8-12月体检、初筛和领证环节献血者刷脸身份认证比例分别为40.73%,39.00%和84.33%。2020年12月,通过网络端支付宝预约平台预约采集人数达43.49%。结论人工智能可以有效提高成分献血者献血体验感,增加献血者黏性和提升满意度;提高工作人员的工作效率和满意度,有效提升血液安全性,推动成分献血全面质量管理的提升和发展。Objective To construct an artificial intelligence auxiliary decision system for component blood donation,and to provide more convenient and intelligent services for component blood donors and staff.Methods Based on cloud platform technology,a self-service online health assessment platform,a face recognition system,a business process intelligent guidance system,a mobile PDA system and an Alipay reservation platform were developed.Results From August 2019 to December 2020,98.6% of blood donors registered through the self-service online health assessment platform.From August to December in 2019,there were 40.73%,39.00%and 84.33% of blood donors scanning their faces in physical examination,primary screening and certification getting,respectively.In December 2020,the number of people who made an appointment through the Alipay reservation platform reached 43.49%.Conclusion Artificial intelligence can effectively improve the experience of component blood donation,increase the stickiness and satisfaction of blood donors.It can also improve the work efficiency and satisfaction of staff,effectively improve blood safety,and promote the improvement and development of total quality management of component blood donation.
