摘  要:目的:多指标综合加权评分法优选地桃花乙醇提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度、料液比对地桃花叶乙醇提取的影响;应用紫外分光光度计法测定地桃花总黄酮含量和自由基清除率,利用高效液相色谱测定地桃花叶中银椴苷的含量,并以地桃花叶中银椴苷含量、总黄酮得率和自由基清除率为参考指标,采用加权评分法进行综合评判。结果:确定最佳的提取温度为95℃,乙醇浓度75%,提取时间120 min,料液比1∶60(g∶mL),银椴苷的含量为0.11837 mg/g,总黄酮的含量为25.22430 mg/g。结论:该方法稳定可行、重复性良好。Objective:The optimal extraction process parameters are determined by using the multi-index synthetic weighted scoring method.Methods:The influence of ethanol concentration,extraction time,extraction temperature,and liquid ratio of peachylitol is investigated by orthogonal test.Application of ultraviolet spectrophotometer method to the peach blossom flavonoids and antioxidant activity,using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-photoelectric diode array detection to the Urena lobata Linn.of the lime content of tiliroside.The indexes are evaluated by using the weighted scoring method.Results:Determine the optimal alcohol extraction process of 75%ethanol,extracting temperature is 95℃,extracting 120 min,material liquid than 1∶60(g∶mL),the content of tiliroside is 0.11837 mg/g,and the content of total flavonoids is 25.22430 mg/g.Conclusion:The method is simple,easy and repeatable.
