人PDCD5基因的生物信息学及多态性分析

摘　　要：本研究对人PDCD5基因的结构、启动子、蛋白的理化性质、RNA结构、二级结构、三级结构、磷酸化位点、组织表达情况及蛋白质相互作用网络等进行预测分析。结果表明:人PDCD5蛋白由125个氨基酸组成,为非跨膜蛋白,主要定位于细胞核,其二级结构主要元件为α-螺旋和无规卷曲;人PDCD5蛋白有13个磷酸化位点;人PDCD5蛋白在睾丸、肾上腺、脂肪、结肠等组织中表达量较高;对该基因的Clinical SNP位点rs75015964(G>A)与rs76303011(G>A/G>T)检测结果表明,该位点在湖北人群中不存在多态性。The bioinformatics database and analysis software are used to predict and analyze the structure,promoter,physicochemical properties,RNA structure,secondary structure,tertiary structure,phosphorylation site,tissue expression and protein interaction network of human PDCD5 gene.The results showes that human PDCD5 protein is composed of 125 amino acids,non-transmembrane protein,mainly located in the nucleus.The main components of the secondary structure areα-helix and random coil;human PDCD5 protein has 13 phosphorylation sites;Human PDCD5 protein is highly expressed in tissues such as testis,adrenal gland,fat,colon,etc.;In addition,the clinical SNP rs75015964(G>A)and rs76303011(G>A/G>T)of the PDCD5 gene are analyzed in Hubei population,the results showed that there is no polymorphism in Hubei population,which provides help for us to further study the specific functions of PDCD5.
