摘 要:牦牛皮中含有丰富的胶原蛋白,牦牛皮胶原蛋白的提取具有巨大的市场潜力。本文采用酶法提取牦牛皮中的胶原蛋白,利用单因素试验法和正交试验进行最优工艺参数的研究。结果表明,在料液比1∶35(g∶mL)、酶用量1.5%、提取温度36℃、浸提时间12 h条件下,胶原蛋白提取率最高,为68.3%。Yak skin is rich in collagen,which also means that the extraction of yak skin collagen has a profound market development potential.Therefore,in this context,while analyzing the components of yak skin,this paper,based on the enzymatic hydrolysis method of collagen,analyzed the extraction process of yak skin collagen by single factor test method,and studied the optimal process parameters of yak skin collagen extraction process by means of orthogonal test design.The results showed that when the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶35(g∶mL)and the amount of enzyme is 1.5%at 36℃,under the condition of extraction time 12h,the collagen extraction rate of yak skin is the highest,which is 68.3%.
