摘  要:旋转式黏度计是一种常规测量液体黏度的化学仪器,其测量精度高、分析速度快、操作简单,被广泛应用于食品、化工、医药行业。根据应用环境、测量精度要求和应用范围的不同,黏度计被分为众多种类。本文主要针对旋转黏度计力矩系统类型的种类和检测运行原理进行介绍,同时对影响黏度计测量结果的因素进行分析,为提高旋转黏度计的测量精度提供参考。The rotary viscometer is a kind of chemical measuring instrument commonly used for viscosity measurement.Compared with traditional viscosity rotary viscometer has the advantages of high sensitivity,real-time output,simple system structure,it is widely used in food,chemical and pharmaceutical industries.According to the different environmental conditions,measurement accuracy requirements and application scope,viscometers are divided into many kinds.This article mainly introduces the principle and kinds of rotary viscometer and analyzes the factors that affect the deviation of rotary viscometer measurement results,it provides some new ideas for improving the accuracy of rotary viscometer measuring instruments.
