摘  要:白藜芦醇是一种天然多酚类化合物,是植物在恶劣环境下或遭到病原体侵害时分泌的可抗霉菌感染的植物抗毒素,目前至少已在100种植物中被发现。近年来的研究表明,白藜芦醇具有多种生物活性和药理作用,可以广泛应用于医药、食品、保健品等领域,是一种具有开发潜力的先导化合物。近年来,越来越多的科学家对其进行结构改造以得到高活性化合物。本文综述了近几年对白藜芦醇的功能基团进行广泛的结构修饰合成的衍生物及其药理活性研究进展,其中部分化合物的活性、选择性及稳定性均要强于白藜芦醇,有较高的研究价值。Resveratrol,a non-ketone polyphenolic compound containing a stilbene structure,is a naturally occurring plant phytoalexin which is synthesized by several plants in response to adverse conditions,such as environmental stress or pathogenic attack.It is present in many common medicinal plants and has a variety of biological activities and pharmacological effects,it can be used in medicine,food,cosmetics and health products and other fields,which is a lead compound with development potential.In recent years,many researchers have modified its structure to obtain highly active compounds.In this paper,the research progress of the chemical structure and biological activity of resveratrol derivatives in recent years is reviewed,which provides a reference for the further research and development of new resveratrol derivatives.And the pharmacological activities of some resveratrol derivatives are superior over resveratrol in activity,selectivity and stability,and have become a research focus in recent years.
