摘  要:形状记忆聚合物可以对外界刺激做出响应,由初始形状转变为临时形状,最后回复到初始形状,在医疗卫生、电子通讯、航空航天等领域表现出广阔的应用前景。由于具有生物来源性、良好的生物降解性和生物相容性,聚乳酸基形状记忆材料有望替代传统合金材料应用于组织工程、手术缝合线和矫形外科等领域。文中介绍了热致形状记忆聚合物的形状记忆机理,重点阐述了聚乳酸的形状记忆特点和形状记忆性能调控方法进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。Shape memory polymers can respond to external stimuli, changing from initial shape to temporary shape, and finally return to initial shape. They have broad application prospects in medical and health, electronic communication, aerospace and other fields. Due to its biological origin, good biodegradability and biocompatibility, polylactide-based shape memory materials are expected to replace traditional alloy materials in tissue engineering, surgical sutures, and orthopedics. In this paper, the mechanism of the shape memory behavior of thermally induced shape memory polymer were introduced. The focus is on the shape memory characteristics of polylactide and the methods of tailoring the shape memory performance of polylactide. The application of polylactide based shape memory materials was also prospected.
