摘 要:近年来,肿瘤免疫治疗作为新兴的癌症治疗手段受到了研究人员的广泛关注。然而,由于个体差异而导致肿瘤免疫响应性低,成为肿瘤免疫疗法面临的巨大挑战。文中从肿瘤免疫治疗遇到的难题入手,基于聚氨基酸材料良好的生物相容性、可生物降解性和易功能化等优异特性,总结了聚氨基酸药物递送系统的分类及在肿瘤免疫药物载体中的应用研究进展,并对聚氨基酸结构设计及在肿瘤免疫治疗的未来发展与临床转化进行展望。Recently,tumor immunotherapy provides a new treatment option for cancer and gains extensive attention from researchers.However,low immune response of tumor attributed to individual differences poses a formidable challenge for tumor immunotherapy.In this paper,the encountered problems and challenge for tumor immunotherapy were introduced firstly.Then based on the virtues of polyamino acid,including good biocompatibility,biodegradability and easy function process,its great potential in advanced drug delivery and therapy was outlined.Moreover,the present paper systematically summarized the classification of polyamino acid drug delivery systems and their research progress in tumor immunotherapy.The future development and prospects were also predicted for the design and clinical transformation of polyamino acid-based drug delivery in tumor immunotherapy.
