摘  要:为明确甜瓜粉霉病菌(Trichothecium roseum)生物学特性和寄主范围,研究了不同营养和环境条件对甜瓜粉霉病菌菌丝生长、产孢和孢子萌发的影响,并采用损伤接种法测定病菌在室内条件下对寄主的致病性。研究结果表明,甜瓜粉霉病菌菌丝最适生长条件为PDA、PDA+CMF或PSA培养基,果胶为碳源,甘氨酸或牛肉膏为氮源,温度28℃,pH 5.0~9.0,全黑暗培养;最佳产孢条件为PDA培养基,果胶为碳源,牛肉膏为氮源,温度22~28℃,pH 7.0,全黑暗或光暗交替培养;孢子最佳萌发条件为温度28℃,pH 7.0,全黑暗高湿环境培养。此外,甜瓜粉霉病菌可侵染玉金香甜瓜、早酥梨、富士苹果、金冠苹果和AC番茄,但不能侵染金橘和红地球葡萄。生物学特性和寄主范围研究结果可为综合防治采后粉霉病提供科学依据。In order to determine the biological characteristics and host range of Trichothecium roseum,which is the pathogen of pink rot in muskmelon fruit,the effects of different nutritional and environmental conditions on mycelial growth,sporulation and conidial germination of the pathogen were studied.Meanwhile,the pathogenicity of T.roseum to hosts in indoor conditions was determined by the methodology of injury inoculation.The results of biological characteristics showed that the most suitable growth conditions for the pathogen were PDA,PDA+CMF or PSA medium,pectin as carbon source,glycine or beef extract as nitrogen source,28℃,pH 5.0-9.0 and culture in total darkness;the best sporulation conditions were PDA medium,pectin as carbon source,beef extract as nitrogen source,22-28℃,pH 7.0 and culture in total darkness or in alternating light and darkness;the favorable condition for conidia germination were 28℃,pH 7.0,high humidity and culture in total darkness.Furthermore,the pathogen could infect Yujinxiang muskmelon,Zaosu pear,Red Fuji apple,Golden Delicious apple and Ailsa Craig tomato except kumquat and Red Globe grape.These results provide basis to integrated control pink rot after harvest.
