摘  要:通过内水压力试验,研究了CFRP内衬法加固预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)的结构力学性能和破坏模式,并采用光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)感测技术测试了试验过程中PCCP各层结构和CFRP内衬的变形情况,得到了内水压力作用下PCCP结构的力学响应规律。同时,模拟了在所有预应力失效的情况下,PCCP的力学性能及破坏情况。结果表明,在内水压力为1.8 MPa时,PCCP原管管芯混凝土开裂,而CFRP加固管在加压至1.9 MPa后发生开裂,表明CFRP内衬能够有效增强管芯混凝土的延性,有效延缓管芯混凝土开裂,提高PCCP抗裂性能。同时,CFRP内衬法加固所有预应力失效的PCCP能够承受原设计内水压力,表明CFRP内衬能够恢复受损严重PCCP的承载能力。The mechanical properties and failure modes of PCCP reinforced by CFRP liner were studied through the hydrostatic pressure prototype test of PCCPs.Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensing technology was used to test the deformation of the PCCPs and the CFRP liner during the test,and the mechanical response law of PCCP reinforced by CFRP liner under internal water pressure was obtained.Meanwhile,the simulation on the failure of extreme cases where all prestress of the PCCP were carried out.The results show that the concrete core of the original pipe cracks when the internal water pressure is 1.8 MPa,while the pipe reinforced by the CFRP liner cracks after the pressure is 1.9 MPa.CFRP liner can enhance the ductility,effectively delay the cracking of the concrete core,and improve the strength and crack resistance of the PCCP.The PCCP without prestress reinforced by CFRP liner can bear the original design internal water pressure,indicating that CFRP liner can restore the original bearing capacity of a PCCP with serious damage.
