摘　　要：为提高预制混凝土衬砌管片生产效率,结合自动化生产需要,针对手动开合模存在的不足,研发了自动化开合模装置,并介绍了端模、侧模开合原理及操作步骤,可为提高管片生产线自动化程度提供参考。In order to improve the reinforced concrete segment production efficiency,combined with the needs of automatic production,aiming at the shortcomings of manual mould opening and closing,an automatic mould opening and closing device is developed,and the opening and closing principles and operation steps of end mold and side mould are described respectively,which can provide a reference for improving the automation of segment production line.
