摘 要:通过三组不同纤维体积掺量(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)的玄武岩纤维增强聚合物混凝土(BFRPC)抗压强度试验,研究了纤维分布对BFRPC抗压强度的影响。利用计算机扫描技术和数字图像处理技术(DIP),从微观上分析了玄武岩纤维(BF)对聚合物混凝土性能的增强机理。结果表明:BF的最佳体积掺量为0.2%,此时BF分布均匀,BFRPC的抗压强度达到了50.10 MPa,纤维接触率达到了61.0%;当BF体积掺量增至0.3%时,BFRPC的抗压强度为46.52 MPa,纤维接触率为82.9%,虽然抗压强度有所下降,但仍高于普通混凝土的抗压强度,且纤维接触率增大,说明此时BF的增韧阻裂效果大于BF结团对BFRPC力学性能的影响。Through three groups of compressive strength tests of basalt fiber reinforced polymer concrete(BFRPC)with different fiber volume content(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%),the effect of fiber distribution on compressive strength of BFRPC was studied.Using computer scanning technology and digital image processing technology(DIP),the strengthening mechanism of basalt fiber(BF)on the properties of polymer concrete was analyzed microscopically.The results show that the optimum volume content of BF is 0.2%,and the BF distribution is uniform at this time,the compressive strength of BFRPC reaches 50.10 MPa and the fiber contact rate reaches 61.0%.When the volume content of BF increases to 0.3%,the compressive strength of BFRPC is 46.52 MPa and the fiber contact rate is 82.9%.Although the compressive strength decreases,it is still higher than that of ordinary concrete,and the fiber contact rate increases,which indicates that the toughening and crack resistance effect of BF is greater than that of BF agglomeration on the mechanical properties of BFRPC.
