三粉愈疡散联合质子泵抑制剂治疗瘀血阻络型胃溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三粉愈疡散联合质子泵抑制剂(PPI)治疗瘀血阻络型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法将幽门螺杆菌(Hp)呈阴性的瘀血阻络型胃溃疡患者80例随机分成2组,每组40例。对照组接受PPI(雷贝拉唑)连续治疗8周,观察组在对照组基础上加用三粉愈疡散连续治疗8周。疗程结束后,比较2组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、内镜下胃溃疡改善情况。结果观察组治愈率为52.50%,高于对照组32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃镜下胃溃疡改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者胃痛、食后疼痛、夜间痛甚等主、次症状积分均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三粉愈疡散联合雷贝拉唑治疗瘀血阻络型胃溃疡的临床疗效优于单用雷贝拉唑,可有效加速胃溃疡的修复,提高胃溃疡的愈合质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanfen Yuyang Power combined with proton pump inhibitor(PPI)in the treatment of gastric ulcer with type of blood stasis obstructing meridian.Methods A total of 80 gastric ulcer patients with type of blood stasis obstructing meridians who were negative for Helicobacter pylori(Hp)were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=40)was treated with Sanfen Yuyang Power combined with PPI(rabeprazole),and the control group(n=40)was treated with PPI(rabeprazole).Patients in both groups were treated for a course of 8-week treatment.After treatment,the clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores and improvement degree of gastric ulcer under endoscopy were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the observation group was 52.50%,which was higher than 32.50%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement condition of gastric ulcer under gastroscopy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of primary and secondary symptoms,such as stomachache,pain after eating and nocturnal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Sanfen Yuyang Power combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer with type of blood stasis obstructing meridians is superior to the use of rabeprazole,speed up repair of gastric ulcer and improve the healing quality of gastric ulcer.
