摘　　要：目的观察新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间优化洗胃流程在急性中毒患者急救中的效果。方法总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间急诊收治经验,完善急性中毒洗胃患者的急救流程,比较2020年2—7月优化流程前和2020年8月—2021年3月优化流程后,本院急性中毒患者的抢救效率及患者满意度。结果优化洗胃流程后,患者从接诊到洗胃开始的时间缩短,首次置管成功率提高,洗胃相关并发症发生率下降,患者护理满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化的急救护理流程不仅能满足疫情防控需求,还能有效提高急性中毒患者洗胃的救治效率和患者满意度。Objective To observe the effect of optimizing gastric lavage processes in the emergency treatment of patients with acute poisoning during the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods This study was designed to summarize the experience of emergency treatment during outbreak of COVID-19 and improve the processes of emergency treatment for patients with acute poisoning by gastric lavage.Rescue efficiency and patient’s satisfaction degree were compared between periods before optimization(from February to July 2020)and after optimization(from August 2020 to March 2021).Results After optimizing the gastric lavage processes,the time from reception to gastric lavage was shortened significantly,the success rate of the first catheterization was increased significantly,the incidence of gastric lavage related complications was significantly decreased,and the nursing satisfaction degree of patients was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized emergency nursing processes can not only meet the needs of epidemic prevention and control,but also can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and satisfaction degree of gastric lavage for patients with acute poisoning.
