摘　　要：目的:分析联合或交替使用对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬的处方,促进儿童解热镇痛药合理使用。方法:收集西安市儿童医院急诊科2019-01-01至2019-12-31使用对乙酰氨基酚和/或布洛芬的处方。根据两药是否在同一张处方上,将处方分为联合/交替组和单一用药组。对比分析两组处方的患者年龄、性别、临床诊断和处方金额。结果:联合/交替处方占比为1.79%。相对单一用药处方,联合/交替组患者年龄小、处方金额较高,热性惊厥临床诊断占比高。结论:本院存在对乙酰氨基酚和布洛芬联合/交替使用的情况,在选择联合/交替方案时需谨慎,以确保解热镇痛药使用的安全性。Objective:To analyze the prescriptions of combined or alternate use of acetaminophen and ibuprofen,so as to promote rational use of antipyretic and analgesic drugs in children.Methods:The prescriptions of acetaminophen and/or ibuprofen in the Xi’an Children’s Hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2019 were collected for analysis.The selected prescriptions were divided into the combination/alternate group and the single drug group,depending on whether the two drugs were used on the same prescription.Age,gender,clinical diagnosis of the patients and cost amount of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Of all the prescriptions,the combined/alternate prescriptions accounted for 1.79%.In comparison with the single drug prescriptions,the patients in the combined/alternate group were younger,had higher cost amount and accounted for a higher proportion of febrile seizure in clinical diagnosis.Conclusion:Combined or alternate use of acetaminophen and ibuprofen were commonly seen in clinical practice.Cautions should be exercised in the selection of combinate or alternate regimens,so as to ensure safe use of antipyretic and analgesic drugs clinically.
