摘　　要：目的:制备制霉菌素口腔糊剂,并对其处方进行优化。方法:以黏附力、吸水值及赋形性等为考察指标,通过单因素及全面试验优化制霉菌素口腔糊剂的处方。结果:优化处方的载药量为1×10^(4)~1×10^(5) U/g,羟丙甲纤维素和卡波姆940用量占处方总量的30%,凡士林与液体石蜡的比值为5∶1,羟丙甲纤维素与卡波姆940的比值为2∶1。制备的制霉菌素口腔糊剂黏附力的钢球号为(6±1),吸水值为(6.08±3.21)%,赋形性为不流淌至临界流淌。结论:经处方优化后制得黏附力、吸水值及赋形性适宜的制霉菌素口腔糊剂。Objective:To prepare nystatin oral paste and optimize its formula.Methods:The prescription of nystatin oral paste was optimized by single factor and comprehensive tests with adhesion,water absorption and excipience as investigation indexes.Results:After optimization,the drug load was 1×10^(4)-1×10^(5) U/g,the dosage of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and carbomer 940 accounted for 30%of the total formula,the ratio of vaseline to liquid paraffin was 5∶1,and the ratio of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose to carbomer 940 was 2∶1.The steel ball number of adhesion of the prepared nystatin oral paste was(6±1),the water absorption value was(6.08±3.21)%,and the evaluation of excipience was no flow to the critical flow.Conclusion:The nystatin oral paste was prepared with optimal adhesion,water absorption and excipience.
