摘  要:以氢氧化钾与氯化锌为活化剂,分别活化城市污水处理厂的污泥与生物质竹屑,并分别热解制备了2种吸附性能良好的生物炭。结果表明,2种活化剂均有其适宜的热解终温和热解时间范围,制得的生物炭均具有良好的碘吸附值特征。采用扫描电镜、比表面积和孔隙率分析仪对生物炭的理化性质和多级孔结构进行了表征。浸渍预处理后,KOH提供了更多的功能组分,并与C反应,扩大了生物炭的孔结构。在600℃共热解后,比表面积达到1698.32m^(2)/g,微孔面积为1052.90m^(2)/g。Two kinds of bio-char with good adsorption performance were prepared by co-pyrolysis of sludge and bamboo chips in municipal sewage treatment plant with potassium hydroxide and zinc chloride as activator.The re⁃sults show that the two activators have a suitable range of pyrolysis time and the obtained bio-char has good iodine adsorption value.The physical and chemical properties and multi-stage pore structure of bio-char were character⁃ized by SEM,specific surface area and porosity analyzer.KOH provides more functional components after impregna⁃tion pretreatment,and reacts with C,which expands the pore structure of biochar.After co-pyrolysis at 600℃,the specific surface area was 1698.32m^(2)/g and the microporous area was 1052.90m^(2)/g.
