摘  要:水平油井中不同生产层的生产数据对油田的开发具有重要的指导意义,但是井下流体粘度大、出砂严重,导致常用的流速测量仪卡砂失效,给测井带来难题。热示踪流速测量方法是解决这一难题的一种有效方法。针对我国油田高含水、低产液的情况,对管径为30 mm的水平井热示踪流速测量仪的热源材料、温度传感器的安装位置进行数值模拟。结果表明,在含水率范围为95%~100%,流速范围为0.0491~0.393 m/s的条件下,水平井热示踪流速计的最佳参数为:热源材料为铝,温度传感器与热源距离为200 mm。依据仿真结果,制作实验样机,经校正后进行流速测量试验。结果表明,流速测量误差小于3.9%,测量精度较高,能满足油田现场应用需求。The production data of different production zones in horizontal oil wells has important guiding significance for the development of oil fields,but the viscosity of downhole fluid is high and sanding is serious,which leads to failure of the commonly used flow velocity measuring instrument and brings difficulties to logging.The thermal tracer flow velocity measuring method is effective to solve this problem.In view of the situation of high water cut and low fluid production in oil fields in China,the heat source material and the installation position of temperature sensor of thermal tracer flow velocity measuring instrument in horizontal wells with pipe diameter of 30 mm were numerically simulated.Numerical simulation result shows that the optimal parameters of the horizontal well thermal tracer current meter are as follows:the heat source material is aluminum,and the distance between the temperature sensor and the heat source is 200 mm,under the conditions of the water content range of 95%~100%and the flow rate range of 0.0491~0.393 m/s.According to the simulation results,the experimental prototype was made,and the velocity measurement experiment was carried out after correction.The experimental results show that the velocity measurement error is less than 3.9%,and the measurement accuracy is high,which can meet the oilfield field application requirements.
