摘 要:井下复杂情况经常会导致测试过程中仪器遇卡。传统的震荡解卡不仅会造成电缆浪费,还会使打捞更加困难。为了解决该问题,设计了井下电缆剪断器与自动旋转打捞器。电缆剪断器先将电缆从根部剪断,再通过自动旋转打捞装置进行打捞,既防止了电缆随仪器掉井,造成打捞困难,又可对剩余电缆进行再利用。电缆剪断器与自动旋转打捞器的应用提高了打捞成功率,节约了作业时间。Due to the complex underground conditions,instrument stuck often occurs during the testing process.The traditional shock releasing stuck method not only causes cable waste,but also makes it more difficult to fish.In order to solve the problem,an underground cable cutter and an automatic rotation fisher are developed.The cable is cut from the root by the cable cutter firstly,and then the lost instrument is fished by the automatic rotation fisher,which not only avoids the difficult fishing caused by the lost of the cable with the instrument,but also makes it possible to recycle the remained cable.The application of the cable cutter and the automatic rotary fisher has improved the success ratio of downhole fishing and saved the operation time.
