摘 要:针对汽轮机叶盘系统由于失谐将产生局部化振动问题,建立了叶盘模型并进行模态分析,对不同工况失谐叶盘系统进行固有频率和振型测量。结果表明:在叶盘的不同位置施加应力会产生不同的振动表现,在远离叶盘中心的位置施加应力会导致质量失谐更敏感。当节线数不同时,振动频率会发生变化。当应力变化失谐量增加时,叶盘系统的固有频率会随之下降,失谐叶盘系统的振动局部化现象会随着质量的增加而恶化,频率下降十分明显。因此,在设计时应避免应力集中导致叶盘损坏,防止汽轮机发生故障。Aiming at the problem of localized vibration of turbine bladed disk system due to detuning,a bladed diskmodel was established and modal analysis was carried out.The natural frequency and vibration mode of mistuned bladed disk system under different working conditions were measured.The results show that the vibration performance is different when the stress is applied at different positions of the bladed disk,and the mass detuning is more sensitive when the stress is applied far away from the center of the bladed disk.When the number of pitch lines is different,the vibration frequency will change.The natural frequency of the mistuned bladed disk system will decrease with the increase of the stress,and the vibration localization of the mistuned bladed disk system will worsen with the increase of the mass,and the frequency will decrease obviously.Therefore,the damage of bladed disk caused by stress concentration should be avoided in design to prevent turbine failure.
