摘 要:空冷塔散热器受热面容易沉积物质,从而增大换热热阻,降低换热效率。由于环境气候多变以及污垢的剥离和沉积特性等因素,准确描述管束的脏污程度非常困难。以宁夏枣泉发电有限责任公司660MW间接空冷塔为对象,根据相关标准,采用理论推导传热特性,建立间接空冷塔管束脏污程度的计算模型。根据实际数据,确定污垢系数及脏污程度计算的相关经验参数,其拟合优度的可决系数R 2>93.18%。对机组2019年7月的数据分析表明,间接空冷塔的总传热量和机组负荷的变化趋势基本吻合,污垢系数和脏污系数变化的趋势也基本吻合,但并没有明显规律。通过以上研究,认为脏污系数可较准确描述管外侧的脏污程度。The surfaces of heat exchangers of air cooling tower are easy deposited by material which will increase heat transfer resistance and reduce heat transfer efficiency.Accurately describing the fouling degrees of these tube bundles are very difficult due to the changeable environment and climate,as well as the peeling and depositing characteristics of the fouling.In this paper,the 660MW indirect air cooling tower of Ningxia Zaoquan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.is taken as the object.According to the relevant standards,the heat transfer characteristics are deduced theoretically,and the calculation model of the fouling degree of the indirect air cooling tower tube bundle is established.According to the field data,the relevant empirical parameters of fouling coefficient and fouling degree were determined,and the decisive coefficient R 2 of goodness of fit was more than 93.18%.The data analysis of the power plant unit in July 2019 shows that the change trend of the total heat transfer of the indirect air cooling tower is basically consistent with the unit load,and the change trend of the fouling factor and the fouling coefficient is basically consistent,but there is no obvious rule.Through the above research,it is considered that the fouling coefficient can accurately describe the degree of contamination on the outside of the tube.
